This week, students in Years 7, 8 and 9 have been taking part in a drop-down day in Maths to learn about Augusta Ada King, Countess of Lovelace. Best known as Ada Lovelace, this English Mathematician and writer is well known for her work on Charles Babbage’s mechanical general-purpose computer.
